Pritesh joined the firm in 2003 and has been the Manager since 2005. He has recently become an associate in the firm. He is responsible for the smooth running of the firm and for ensuring that staff work to the highest standards in providing first class client services.
In his 7 years in practice Pritesh has acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience in dealing with a number of major companies and professional firms whom he advises on a wide range of commercial issues.

Jae joined the firm in 2006 and has made a huge contribution to the growth of the firm. He has recently been appointed as Manager of the firm. He provides specialist knowledge on taxation issues and carries out research on various taxation and other issues.
Jae has been involved in a significant range of project and consulting work that has included completing numerous business valuations, preparing cash flow forecasts and business plans, assisting with finance restructuring and assisting clients in negotiations with the IRD and other creditors.

Kate joined the firm in 2006 as a part-time accounts administrator and has now taken on a permanent role of a senior accountant. She has good grasp of management and financial accounting along with strong research skills on various taxation and business management issues.
She has recently completed her studies with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is now a chartered accountant.

Kim joined the firm in July 2009 and is responsible for preparation of financial and management accounts along with budgets and cash flow forecasts. Kim specialises in business advisory services.
Kim works in annual return filing, tax planning for clients, trust accounts management, gifting and reconciliation. He also works on issues with GST returns, trust and company formation and compilation and liaison with IRD for information and resolution of issues and payroll preparation

Joanne joined our team in June 2009 as an accounting consultant. She specialises in on-site management accounting for various clients and has extensive knowledge of various accounting systems. Joanne also deals with Payroll and GST issues.
- Junior Accountant
Sanvri joined the firm in January 2010 and is responsible for preparation of financial and management accounts along with cash flow forecasts, GST returns, PAYE returns and liaison with IRD for information and resolution of issues.
- Administrator
Rebecca joined the firm in November 2009 and is responsible for filing, liasing with clients and general upkeep of the office. Rebecca also works on GST, PAYE and rental property accounts.
