Pritesh joined the firm in 2003 and has been the Manager since 2005. He became an associate in the firm in 2009. Pritesh is responsible for the day to day operations in the firm and for ensuring that staff work to the highest standards in providing first class client services.

Prior to joining the firm, Pritesh worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Fiji for three years in the Business Advisory division.

In his 11 years in practice Pritesh has acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience in dealing with a number of major companies and professional firms whom he advises on a wide range of commercial issues.

Pritesh has provided litigation support in matrimonial and disputes resolution cases for clients and offers expertise in capital raising, business evaluation, due diligence and financing.

Pritesh has a keen interest in the area of Taxation. He advises clients on their business structure and taxation affairs. He keeps abreast with the latest developments in the business and taxation areas and always keeps an eye out for opportunities to benefit clients' position.

Pritesh is very approachable and well liked by his staff and clients. Through his experience and technical knowledge he is able to solve complex business problems. He has formed strategic alliances with professionals such as solicitors, bankers, insurance brokers and other chartered accountancy firms, whom he regularly interacts with regularly and seeks opinion from when required to ensure top notch service for clients.  

Outside of work, Pritesh has keen interest in sports particularly rugby, soccer and golf. He enjoys playing golf and catching up with friends.
